Where possible, we instruct 2 estate agents who would like to sell your property. We negotiate the absolute best rate of commission, no need for sole agency or splits. We make sure there are no tie ins for you and this means your property will likely sell faster.
There is absolutely nothing to pay up front, and no additional costs for our services. You only make one payment to the Smart Sale who in turn pay the successful agent.
Independent and unbiased
We are not tied to any estate agents or organisations, so we can give you completely unbiased advice. We offer a genuine bespoke and flexible service without all the bureaucracy that corporate organisations bring.
Unlike estate agents, we are not targeted on sign-ups. We get paid when there is a successful sale to completion. Genuinely; no sale, no fee.
